How do I make a prioritised task list?
RE: Time management
Hello Charlotte,
Hope you enjoyed your Time Management course with BEST Training.
Thank you for your question regarding make a prioritised task list.
Here are some steps to follow:
1. Write down all the tasks that you need to do for the day
2. Organise your list in order of priority. starting with the most important one first.
3. Decide between urgent and important.
4. Allocate time during the day to achieve your tasks, with a specific deadline.
5. Plan for breaks & optimise your productivity (energy cycles).
6. Take action on your list, starting with the first priority. Only start the second when you have completed the first task.
7. Cross off your task when you have completed it.
I hope this answers your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.
If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. Or perhaps you have another question?
Have a great day.
Regards,
Richard

Management Training tip:Task List or To Do ListDon't confuse yourself with too many tasks on a to do list. The Task List is all the things that require attention, whether by you or others, now or later. The To Do list is your immediate daily plan, and is a subset of your Task List. |
