Mark up

how do you use markup

RE: mark up

Hi John,

Thanks for your question.

MARKUP is used with COMMENTS, in case you are teamed up with other colleagues and need to pass on editing notes.

    1. INSERT menu > COMMENT
    2. Type in a message for editing
    3. Notice a new REVIEWING toolbar appears
    4. On the toolbar, you can navigate through all the comments & choose an action (i.e. accept / reject)
    5. After reviewing the document, select off the drop down list on the toolbar & choose FINAL SHOWING MARKUP or FINAL

Hope this is useful.

Word tip:

Insert Page Breaks

In Word you shouldn't repeatedly press the "Enter" key to force a page break. This will always cause problems

To insert a Page Break use:

Ctrl+Enter OR

Open the Insert menu and select Page Break
