The client manages over 3,500 properties with a team of more than 630 staff across a network offices throughout the UK including in London, Bristol, Manchester and Glasgow.
Business RequirementThe client identified a need for a consistent management approach across their organisation. With a rapidly growing business it quickly become clear that different management practises were taking place from site to site. The client wanted to bring management practise inline with organisational goals and embed a unified cultural approach.
SolutionWith their demanding work load, the managers could not take 2 days from their schedule for our standard Introduction to Management training. We designed a one day training specifically tailored to their needs.
All associates and senior partners have taken this training and training continues, as this is now part of the standard development program for new managers.
