If I am sent a list from Banner how can I check it with the list of students that i have registered ?

RE: comparing tables of students enrolled on banner

Hi Michael,

Thank you for the forum question.

You have several options but which option is the best for you is more a question of your knowledge. We used the Vlookup on the course to do it. You can use Conditional Formatting to highlight duplicates or unique values, you can use Countifs to see if the value is on the two list twice or one time and much more options.

The first link below shows options by using Excel functions and the second link options using the Power Query tool, which I would use.
