Powerpoint

Hi,

I am trying to use existing data but not haooy to share the source of the information (company logo) that is available as a background picture on few slides. I tried using slide master to get rid of this with no luck. It seems that these slides are made in a very ad-hoc manner.

Can you help?

SP

RE: Powerpoint

Hi Sarath

I'm not fully understanding what you're trying to achieve so please post more details if my response is not what you require.

You can remove all background images from a slide by going to DESIGN tab, CUSTOMIZE group - FORMAT BACKGROUND. Beneath the fill options you should see a TICK BOX that says HIDE BACKGROUND GRAPHICS.

By removing all background graphics you can then rebuild the slide.

I hope this resolves your issue.

Kind regards

Dennis

PowerPoint tip:

Embedding fonts in a presentation

If you create a PowerPoint presentation which is likely to be viewed on other computers, there can be problems with displaying the font/s you have used in your presentation when it is opened on other machines.

You can embed the fonts you use in your presentation in order to try and get around this issue.

When you go to save your presentation (File - Save as), go to the Tools button at the top of the Save As dialogue box and select Save Options. Under 'Font options for current document only', tick the Embed TrueType fonts option, then select the secondary option underneath that applies best to your situation.

Click OK, then Save.
