Inserting new numbers/narrative into a pre-formatted table

In the table below (which was set up by somoene else) I need to set up the new projects 025 to 028, but need to be able to insert new numbers into the relevant rows.

Each time I try and tab through the cursor jumps from the last number inserted to the end of the table as there are no little black squares set up to control the tab.

How can I set up the new projects to insert figures at each row?

Thanks
