How can Excel tables be imported with formulas in tact so that when values are changed in Powerpoint, formals are recalculated

Hi Grant, thanks for your query. If you cut and paste your chart onto a slide, it creates a dynamically linked chart, so if your source data changes the chart should update next time you open the file. Additionally, if you click Insert-Object and browse to the file you can important the Excel table that way. Try this out, change your source data and double check the update is occurring. The link is dynamic, so updates to the data in the embedded chart in Powerpoint should be reflected in the source Excel file but be careful doing it that way as there are some stability issues changing data that way.
