Outlook Calender
Hi,
i seem to be having problems with sharing and viewing other outlook calenders, the relevant individuals has given me permission etc... but when i try and open a shared calender it tells me "Unable to display folder. The calender folder could not be found"
i have looked through "share my calender" option and then "administration" and the section where is says "this folder is available to" is greyed out... which maybe the problem... how do i solve this, as my whole team needs it?
RE: Outlook Calender
Hello Maria
Thank you for your question.
Unfortunately this is not something we can assist with as it is a technical problem to do with your particular setup of Outlook.
All I can suggest is that you would need to have Outlook connected to an exchange server on your computer to be able to see other peoples calendars, folders etc. I don't know whether this is the case with your computer or not.
Kind regards
Amanda

my outlook is connected to an exchange server, as i am recieving internal emails from my business email account... everyone in the office is experiencing the same problem, could there be anything else?
RE: Outlook Calender
Hi Maria
I'm afraid we can't offer any further assistance in this instance, as it is a technical issue that needs resolving.
I hope you find a solution.
Kind regards
Amanda
