Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.
Autotext is a feature that can be used to quickly enter words or phrases in Outlook (or Word), therefore it can be useful for quickly entering words, phrases or paragraph/s that you commonly use in email messages (or documents).
Here's how to set up an AutoText entry:
1. Firstly ensure Word is your default editor in Outlook (go Tools > Options > Mail Format).
2. In either Word or in a new Outlook email, enter the word/phrase/paragraph/s that you want to save and re-use; and select what you have typed in.

Outlook tip:Quick way to create a distribution listIf you have been sent an email that contains all the names you want in your distribution list then highlight and copy the names from the email. When you get to the address book for adding names paste the names into the members bar. |
