For example, you may preview them and decide that they are not necessary, in which case you are free to delete the modifications and continue making edits until you are happy with them. By signing out of editor mode the changes are saved and you can choose to add them to the site at a later date or if you are satisfied you website is sufficiently updated you can simply press the Publish icon and your updates will instantly appear on your portal.
