Like with many events you book, eg. travel & hotels, if your plans do change, there will be rescheduling fees.
However you can avoid this if:
- You are able to rearrange your schedule so you can attend your original course
- You can substitute someone in your place

- You can reschedule, online with a payment card, within 60 seconds.

Can I reschedule and pay by credit/debit card?
Yes. You can pay by card securely online or over the phone, or you can pay on invoice. Generally, the rates will be better if you pay by card. Your original invoice must be paid in full before your course can be rescheduled.
Why do I have to pay?
