"I attended this course to get a refresher on some of the things not covered on the advanced course, particularly around formatting. I found it really useful and the trainer was very friendly and patient with the group."

"The course to me was benefical but i suffered from knowing a lot of the knowledge, needless to say it was helpful in refreshing and bringing me back to basics.
I think the dashboard example could visually look better to give a better perspective of what you can achieve (just lighten it up) but was technically a good exercise. Some of the background info was not present or not well presented, the match index on ranking individual agents needs to change as it is confusing even to those with a good understanding of Excel but is an easy fix.
Jens is a great upbeat and helpful instructor, Excel is not the most fun of subjects but Jens does a great job of mitigating this. I am going on another course next month and look forward to a similiar display but only hope it is more technical to throw me in the deepend more."

"I think the course was overall very good. however, I found the pace for the morning of the second day a bit fast. maybe a bit more time should be spend on variables."
