Setting up multiple views

Catarina has attended:
Project Intermediate course

Setting up multiple views

Purpose:
Check all tasks where resource is allocated at a particular date

Question:
Whilst being in one view - e.g. "Resourcing sheet", how can I add another view - e.g. "Gantt Chart"?

Thank you
Catarina

RE: Setting up multiple views

Hi Catarina,

To have two views Resource Sheet and Gantt, you will need two windows to do this completely.

Go to the View Tab and click on New Window
Now click on Arrange All

You should get two windows of the same Project
This gives you two windows with full functionality

Project 2013 still has multiple window restrictions, unlike Word & Excel 2013.
