Can i develop my own report template?

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

If you create a new report, assign it a name and choose the elements you require, you can then add it to the Master Project Template(*.MPT) through Tools and Organiser which means it will be available to you in all future projects.

Alternatively you can copy an existing report and change certain elements of it to suit your requirements and then add it to the *.MPT through Tools and Organiser.
