Design Template

In what way would designing a template be useful?

RE: Design Template

Designing a template is useful if you are always using the same document over and over again

eg. Every week you have to send an e-mail to Head Office containing a table. The labels are always the same but the numbers change

By creating a template, every week you start with a blank table and only need to add each weeks numbers

RE: Design Template

How do I create a template in the first place? Thanks
