How to create charts with multiple information?

RE: Charts

Hi Carrie-anne,

Thank you for your question.

Do you mean creating charts with multiple ranges of data?

If so, Select the first range of data, hold the CTRL key down and select the other ranges and click F11.

If the ranges are next to each other then just select the ranges of cells normally.

I hope this answers your question.

Regards

Simon

Excel tip:

Autonumber in Excel

To create an autonumber field, can use the Offset() function.

In cell A1, enter the number 1.
Then in cell A2, enter this formula:

=OFFSET(A2,-1,0)+1

Then copy the formula from cell A2, down as far as you need.
