Hi Stephen,
Thanks for your question and welcome to the forum.
In outlook select the Tasks button from the Navigation Pane on the left of the screen.
Then select the New button at the top left hand side of the screen.
Fill in the details required and once complete hit the Save and Close button at the top left of the screen.
