How to export a report to excel?

RE: Access

Hi Tsuruko

Sorry for the delay in replying.

In Access you can export the report to either Excel or Word. To do this:

1. Open the report in Print Preview
2. On the toolbar click the arrow on the Office Links button (Next to the Setup button)
3. Select either Publish It With Microsoft Office Word OR Analyze It With Microsoft Office Excel
4. The system will recreate the report in either Word or Excel as required

Hope this helps

Carlos
