How do I hide a comment box??

RE: Documenting and Auditing

Dear Nicola

Hiding a Comment box is quiet simple. All you have to do is move your mouse away from the cell which contains the Comment!!

You can simply go to View > Comments to view all your comments. If it gets too much and the comment boxes obscure your view then you can either drag them away from the worksheet may be near the formula bar or toolbars. Note that there will be an arrow attached to it.

You will see a new Reviewing toolbar appear on your screen. You can click on the fifth button from the left hand side called

Excel tip:

Status Bar Functions

When using the SUM, MIN, MAX, AVERAGE and COUNT functions, the result of such calculations are displayed in the worksheet.

However, if a range of cells, containing numbers, is highlighted, and then a right-mouse click is performed at the bottom right side of the status bar, then the result of those functions will be displayed.
