Hyperlink

How would I create a hyperlink (or switchboard item)?

RE: hyperlink

Hi Kim

I hope you had two good days of Microsoft Access Training within us.

If you already have a switchboard created, then just open if up, go into design view and then click in the area next to the buttons and you will be able to set up the links. To do this right click the button go to properties then go to hyperlink and click the button with 3 dots i.e ... then select from the left hand side of the window that opens objects in this database, then navigate to the object that you want to link to.

If you do not have a switchboard set up go to tools then Database Utilities then Switchboard manager, from there just follow the simple steps to create your switchboard and add in all of the links.

Hope this helps

David

Click on the Tables/queries tab:
1.In the Query Design font section select your preferred font from the list of fonts e.g. Arial.
