Printing

How do you print on an envelope.

RE: printing

Hi Louise. The simplest way to do this is to select the text you want on the envelope and then click Tools - Letters and Mailings - Envelopes and Labels. A dialog box will appear allowing you to modify the text and alter the orientation of the envelope and once you've put the envelope into your printer simply press print.

Hope this helps,

Anthony

What is a Drop Cap?

A Drop Cap is a way of enlarging the font of the first letter of a new paragraph.

And here's how you do it:

Click in the paragraph, then click the Insert tab on the Ribbon, select the option Drop Cap and this will bring up a list of choices so you can choose the style you want.
