Access VBA - recommended reading

Hi,
Could you recommend any books that would help me carry on with Access VBA, please?
Thanks
Andrew Bicknell

RE: Access VBA - recommended reading

Hi Andrew,

I would recommend the following book:
Sams Teach Yourself Access X Programming in 24 Hours

However this is a personal recommendation, please read the book description etc, to see if you think it will suit your needs.

Hope this helps
David

Access tip:

Copy a Previous Record's Values to a New Record

If you often enter the same value in one field of a table, there are two methods to save re-typing the data.

1. Use Ctrl+' (apostrophe) to repeat the value input in the previous record.

2. Change the field's DefaultValue property in Design View to the most commonly used value.
