Printing Access Records

What is the best way to print out data from an Access sheet? I can only seem to get one record per page which is a huge waste of paper.

RE: Printing Access Records

Hi Rhiannon

The best way to do this is to create a report which will display all of the data you need and for all the records in the database. A report will fill up the page with data so you will not waste paper.

Hope this helps

David
