MS Project

I am having issues where the Task Names on my programmes is in too small a font when printed, I have formatted the project in Portrait on A3, and there are around 100 tasks, some times it is legible when printed but more often than not it is too small to read. Is there an easy fix, or more likely what am I doing wrong? I have tried increasing the text font but no difference when printed.

RE: MS Project

Hi Andy

This is a common problem when printing a complex project. Try first 'printing to PDF' (select this option from the available printers drop down in the print preview menu), which will turn your project into PDF format. Then if you print the PDF of the project the ratios of the graphics should be maintained.

Hopefully this fixes your problem. Let us know if you need any more help.
