Project Server 2003 and Outlook 2007
Hi,
We have Project 2003 installed with office 2007 on the clients.
I have few questions for you, hope you can help:
1. When assignments get imported to Outlook, they go directly to Outlook Calendar. This cause interference with real appointments people have on their calendar. Is there an option to move the assinments to the task folder instead of the calendar?
2. Project updates - as a project manager, I have to deal with multiple project at the same time. Checking for updates manually takes a lot of time. Is it possible to automate the process so the projects get updated automatically on a daily basis?
3. As a Project Server administrator, can I delete projects from the database which were created by other people?
4. How do I upload files to the project server for public view?
5. When people finish their assignments and update 100% done on outlook, why do these tasks still apear on the calendar? how can they get rid of them (if they delete them and click import new assinments, they re apear)
6. When updating assignments, one can mark between 0-100%. Is it possible to change this option for actual time and effort (i.e. hours/days)?
I appreciate your help.
Thank you,
Eli.
