Transfer from Excel to Labels template

How can I easily transfer names and address from an Excel database to an address format in a labels format to address envelopes for Xmas cards.

Thank you for the forum question.

In Word you will need to click on the MAILING tab and then START MAIL MERGE. The easiest way of doing this is to use the STEP BY STEP MAIL MERGE wizard (the last option on the list). This will open the wizard. Read the instructions on each step and just press next through all the steps in the wizard.
