How do you do shift work programming?

RE: programing & calander

Hi Melina

Thank you for your question. Can you let me know a little more about how you would like to set or change work patterns and I'll try to offer some suggestions

One place to review work patterns is to check the Project Ribbon > Change working time.

This dialogue box lists calendars available in this plan. You may wish to create a new calendar set to your preferred working pattern - just click the New button.

You can set the pattern for this calendar in the Work Weeks tab.

Once created you can switch to the Resource sheet and set the new calendar as the base calendar for those resources that should follow this new pattern.

I hope this helps - let me know if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,
Andrew
