Thanks for your question. Probably the quickest way is to use the copy picture button on the standard toolbar. This enables you to take a screen shot of your Gantt chart but hides all of Project's buttons and menus. You can paste the screenshot into a program such as Word or Outlook by going to Edit > Paste in the destination application.
