How do I find more colours for the charts

RE: Excel

Dear Alf

Thank you for attending Excel 2007 Introduction course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

I believe that because you did Excel 2007 course with us your question is more specific to Excel 2007 and not 2003.

Once you have created the chart in Excel 2007 you should be able to see a contextualised tab called Chart Tools

Within Chart Tools you will observe there are three extra sub tabs namely Design, Layout and Format

If you want to change the colour of the existing series simply select one of the series and then click on the Format tab under the Shape style group you can choose your desired colour.

I hope this has answered your query.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards

Excel tip:

No Zeros

Want all the zeros in your worksheet to appear blank? Choose Tools/Options, Click on the View Tab, Deselect the Zero Values Option, Click OK.
Easy wasn't it? But be aware that these cells are not actually blank, they still contain the value zero. This is important because certain functions (ie AVERAGE) make a distinction between blank cells and those with a zero value.
