Can I do IF statements the same as in Excel or are they different?

RE: Access

Dear Nicola

Thank you for attending Access Intermediate course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

The structure of If statements in Excel and Access is the same i.e. =IF(Logical Test, Value if true, Value If False)

But for some strange reason Access likes to call it IIF instead of IF.

I hope this has answered your query.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards
