How do I use autoform?

RE: Access 2003

Dear Doreen

Thank you for attending Access Introduction Course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

To create an Auto form please follow these steps:

1. From the objects bar on the left hand side click on the Forms.

2. Click on the new Button

3. Choose Autoform Columnar, Tabular or Datasheet depending how you want to view the data.

4. Choose the Table or the query you want to create the form for from the small drop down list

5. Press OK

The form will be created. You need to ensure that you save the form with an appropriate name by clicking on the Save button.

I hope this has answered your query.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards
