What can i use a macro for

RE: Macro

Hello Raychel
Thank you for your question

There are many ways to use macros. You can record or write your own or use some of the macros that Word comes with. Macros are used as a shortcut to a task you do repetatively in a document. Eg. Formatting text. The best thing would be to experiment with the functionality.

Word tip:

Remove document formatting quickly

Ever opened a document where the formatting is terrible; only then to spend hours removing it all?

You can quickly remove all the formatting that has been applied to a document by going to Edit - Clear - Formats. This saves you from having to manually remove all the formatting yourself.
