How long does a response take when we query with the support service?

RE: Xcel

Dear Grant

Thank you for attending Upgrade to Office 2007 course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

Normally we aim to answer the query within 24 hours but depending on the nature of the query sometimes it may take more time.

When you ask a question on the form post you might have noted that there was a priority drop down arrow which can set to High or Urgent if you want the question to be answered quickly but if you feel you can wait for the response then you can set it to either Normal or Low. The High and Urgent posts get give higher priority.

I hope this has answered your query.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards
