Tables has blank cells in column, double click copy to foot of table in column, stops at blank cell to left
Quick ways to force copy to bottom of column, ignoring blanks

RE: cell copying

Dear Dave

Thank you for attending Excel 2007 Advanced course. I hope you enjoyed the course.

I can't think of any way of double clicking and letting Excel ignore the blank cells. But I have one possible solution which is less tedious than dragging the fill Handle al the way down.

Lets assume that you have a formula in cell E3 and you want to copy it all the way to E20000 very quickly please follow these steps:

Click on cell E3
CRL + C (For copying)
Type any text in cell E20001 ( you can use the name box to quickly get to cell E20001.
Use the name box to come back to Cell E4
Use CTRL+SHIFT+Down Arrow key on the keyboard
CTRL +V (To Paste)

I hope this helps. Please mark the post as resolved if it has answered your query!!

Kindest Regards
