Thanks Carmen, Perfect. I'm actually using 2007 but many colleagues are still on 2003 and I'm not sure if they have the fix or not. Already I've been able to show some 'experienced' users some of the tips we learnt last week and have been thrown in the deep end to produce a fairly hefty planner, so I may be calling on you again soon. Thanks for your enthusiasm, I really enjoyed the course and look forward to putting it into practice.
