Fax headers

how do i do a fax header

RE: fax headers

Hi Helen

There are a couple of ways you can do fax headers but one of the easiest ways are to create a template with the Fax header on it.

to do this you will need to create this as a document first then add in the appropiate titles and heading, then format the document so that it looks like a fax header, then save it as a template in the place where all the templates are kept, so that other users go to file new and use a copy of the template
without changing or corrupting the original document

Word tip:

Print Two pages on one horizontal sheet

1. Choose File Page Setup, select the Margins tab.
2. In the Page Setup dialog box, enable the 2 pages per sheet check box, the Preview window shows the new layout.
3. Select Paper Size Tab, under Orientation, select Landscape. Again the preview window shows the effect of that selection.
4. Click OK, the result will be two pages printed on one sheet of landscape paper with normal margins, headers and footers. (Ideal for booklets)
