Calendar view

Hi
Every time I exit MS Project my calendar view resets to June 1986, so every time I try to look at the calendar view I have to page forward from 1986 to see my project displayed. I have cjecked the current date setting for the project and it is correc t???

Cheers dave P

RE: calendar view

Hi Dave

This sounds like a system setting issue. Project gets the current date from the system clock. It could be that this is incorrect.

Click on start and select control panel, select date and time option and check if this is set to June 1986. If so you can then change the time. However, note that if you are currently operating any software on a trial basis, then you may find that reseting the system time will cause the trial period to expire.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, let us know and we can investigate further

Regards

Stephen

MS Project tip:

Use Autofill in MS Project

a. Complete 1st entry
b. Select cell with entry to be copied
c. Click & drag autofill handle over the lines to also contain the same information. (the autofill handle is the little black square in the bottom right hand corner of the heavy lack outline on the selected cell)
