How can I change the data labels in a graph?

RE: Excel 2007

Hi Clare

Thank you for your question; and apologies for the delay in replying.

Once you have put a chart together, you can right-click on the part of the chart you wish to adjust and select Format X (where X represents the part of the chart you have right-clicked on).

So if you have applied data labels to your chart, right-click on one of the data labels and go to Format Data Labels. Under Label Options you can tick an additional or different label option and click Close.

I hope this helps.
Amanda
