how do i add scenarios to the toolbar?

RE: scenarios

Hi Amanda

Thank you for your question.

You can add a window with a dropdown arrow to select and display the scenario you want to show in your spreadsheet.

To do this, go to Tools - Customise - Commands and select Tools from the Categories list on the left hand side. Scroll through the Commands on the right hand side until you find Scenario with a little window next to it.

Select this, then drag and drop it onto a toolbar at the top of the screen.

Close out of the Customise dialogue box and you will be able to select and display a scenario from the dropdown window you've added to the toolbar.

Excel tip:

Shortcut keys to move between sheets

Instead of clicking on a sheet tab to view a sheet, use the following keyboard shortcuts to move between sheets in the same file:

Ctrl + Page Down - Switch to the next worksheet (to the right)

Ctrl + Page Up - Switch to the previous worksheet (to the left)
