How do I print the screen view without ending up with the entire plan over 40 odd pages

Hi Karen

To quickly copy the project on display use view > zoom > entrie project

then click on the copy screen icon (tiny camera). Once you click on OK you can paste the results into Word or PowerPoint as necessary.


Following on from our discussion of leveling and balancing of resources I have found some information online which confirms that Project will deal with leveling resources by delaying or splitting tasks rather than trying to reallocate who does what. Apologies for the long URLs

MS Project tip:

Giving Someone a Gantt Chart Snapshot

To pass on a picture of a Gantt chart segment, choose the appropriate view, select the rows to be included, then click on the camera icon and select For Screen. The graphics image can be pasted into another document. (See Paste icon forn Project 2010)
