Pivot Table Format
I have created a pivot table as follows:
(Av Interpolated Libor) (Av Bid) (Bid Spread) (Av Offer) (Offer Spread)
F-Bill 1 Average Average Average Average Average
1/1/7 111 11 11 11 11
2/1/7 111 11 11 11 11
etc.
F-Bill 2 Average Average Average Average Average
1/1/7 112 12 12 12 12
2/1/7 112 12 12 12 12
etc.
I was wondering how I got rid of the average of all the data below line as when there is no data for one of the dates, the average automatically comes back as an error and there are gaps in the data quite frequently so this average line which appears in bold in the pivot table is not really useful.
Also want to get the bold line (which has lots of nones) removed and the top line which says "average of interpolated libor" "average of bid" etc not to say average but just "interpolated libor" and "Bid".
I can't include the whole sheet due to data sensitivity.
Thanks
RE: Pivot Table Format
The formatting obviously didnt save on this post so can I just send the pivot table to an email address to make it easier to understand?
Yes, send it in

RE: Pivot Table Format
REGARDING - "the top line which says "average of interpolated libor" "average of bid" etc not to say average but just "interpolated libor" and "Bid". "
simply click on the title and edit in the formula bar to whatever you want it to say
RE: Pivot Table Format
REGARDING:
"Also want to get the bold line (which has lots of nones) removed "
As you are not able to modify this area, the work around is to simply highlight the cells you want removed, and colour the text the same as the background. White.
This will effectively hide the text, with out deleting it.
RE: Pivot Table Format
Gaps in the data will cause errors to occur, especially with AVERAGE calcs.
