How do you print many files at once?

RE: Microsoft Access

Hi Anne,

I am not 100% sure what you mean by printing files. However if you mean records and reports, you can print many records at once by going print the table view, or you can create a report that shows many records and then print that.

As far as printing more than one report at a time, you can open the reports and send to the printer, but they will still only print one at a time due to the capabilities of printers.

Please get back to me if this did not answer your question.
David

Access tip:

Create An Inaccessible Field On A Form

There is sometimes a need to make a field in a form look like a normal field but be completely inaccessible to the user. To do this:

In the Field's Properties
Set the ENABLED property to No
Set the LOCKED property to Yes

The field will not grey out, but the user will not be able to do anything with it.
