Hi Lesley
To find clip art on you computer:-
1. Open the Insert menu
2. Select Picture/Clip Art...
This gives you access to the Clip Art on your computer.
However in the Clip Art pane click Clip art on Office online to access clip art from the Microsoft site.

Word tip:Selective highlighting...Selecting in word has improved with CTRL being added in XP for individual ranges, like in excel. If you want to select a range such as an column which has been created using tabs you could use the CTRL key and select one word at a time, but if you hold down the ALT key and then click and drag your mouse it will select wherever you drag to. This will only allow you to do 1 change though. |
