Two subforms

looking up for postcode criteria using subforms for two different postcodes in the same record.

RE: Two subforms

Hi Manjula

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We are looking into this, however to clarify are you looking for a way to search for more than one post-code that may belong to the same record. More detail will help us. Thanks.

RE: Two subforms

The two different postcodes 2 tables should have a relationship in the table fields 1st and then try using the form wizard to create a form and sub-form

Access tip:

Copy a Previous Record's Values to a New Record

If you often enter the same value in one field of a table, there are two methods to save re-typing the data.

1. Use Ctrl+' (apostrophe) to repeat the value input in the previous record.

2. Change the field's DefaultValue property in Design View to the most commonly used value.
