Printing

How do I print specific parts of an Excel spreadsheet?

RE: Printing

Julie,

There are several ways:

1. Simply select the cells you want to print. Press Ctrl+P, and then select the option SELECTION. This will only print your selection.

2. Again select your area. You can then use FILE > PRINT AREA > SET PRINT AREA. When ever you print, the area you set will be printed.

Regards

Richard
