Thanks for your question.
You can add an image file to the header or footer of a chart, as long as the chart is displayed on it's own sheet.
Go to File - Page Setup - Header/Footer then click Custom Header or Custom Footer to access the header or footer respectively. Then use the Insert Picture button to insert the logo image.

There is sometimes a need to make a field in a form look like a normal field but be completely inaccessible to the user. To do this:
In the Field's Properties
Set the ENABLED property to No
Set the LOCKED property to Yes
The field will not grey out, but the user will not be able to do anything with it.
