Entering dates in a cell as calender
Hello,
We have a spreadsheet of customer artefacts where we enter dates on daily basis of when the artefacts were received , inspected , collected and despatched back to the customer.
Currently we enter dates in the cell by typing it various different formats that Excel allows.
My question is that, is there any way that when we clicked on the cell to enter the date, it pops up a small calendar and we select the right date from the calendar rather than manually typing dates?
Kind regards

RE: Entering dates in a cell as calender
Hi Tahir,
Thank you for the forum question.
You can download Date Picker from the Add-in store from the Insert tab in Excel, but this will not do exactly what you want. It will add a permanent calendar on the sheet.
To do what you want you will need to VBA code a ActiveX control. I do not know if you have VBA knowledge to do this.
Kind regards
