Copying a numeric total to another worksheet

How do I copy a numberic total (that is the result of a formula) automatically to a cell on another workseet? e.g. a closing sales total that you want to be the opening sales figure on the next worksheet (without the formula copying)

RE: Copying a numeric total to another worksheet

Hi Nathan

If your closing sales total is in D12, then go to your next sheet, and press =, then click on the first sheet, and then click on D12. It will bring the value through to the new sheet.

Richard

Dsum

You can create percentage values based on individual products / items by using a Dsum function (used with a grouped query)

[Each value column] / Dsum[field:total for the column needed to be calculated],[tablename]
