White gap in grid lines

Hi,

I seem to have a white gap within a section of my gridlines, how can i get rid of this and get it back to just showing the gridlines?

I can send over a screen shot of my spreadsheet if that helps?

Thanks,

Katy

RE: White gap in grid lines

Hi Katy,

Thank you for the forum question. It must be because you have a white fill colour in the range. Please select the range with missing borders. Click the Fill Color down arrow on the Home tab in the Font group. Click the option No Fill.

Please let me know if this is not showing your borders again.

Excel tip:

Highlighting a data range

Attempting to use a mouse to highlight a large range of cells with data in Excel can make the mouse to have a life of it's own!

Use keyboard strokes instead.

Step 1. Place the cusor in the cell where the highlighting should begin.

Step 2. Select keystroke, CTRL+SHIFT+END

This will take the cursor to the furthermost bottom corner of the data range found in that worksheet. And highlight that range of cells at the same time
