I will be purchasing Project 2016 this weekend although I struggled in using 2010 during today's class session - being honest. When will the support for 2016 support commence and if so what format will this take? Chat line or response to email questions? you've probably told us this already but it's been a busy day!!!! Enjoyable and lots to think about!

Hi Bill,

Glad you enjoyed the day, sorry to hear that you struggled a bit. We are in the process of loading the 2016 post course manuals so they should be available soon. I will check with my colleague to find out exactly when.

In the meantime, please use the forum for all your questions on any of the versions.

Formatting Bar Text

To display notes or resource initials on the Gantt chart bars, choose Format, Bar Styles and the Text tab. Select the position you want to show the text i.e. Top or Inside etc, then choose the field name you are looking for from the drop down arrow. Type the first letter of the name to get quickly to the top of the letter range. Click OK.
